Jamie Gagliano / Digital Project Manager

Making complex projects feel seamless.

I bring people, timelines, and moving pieces together. From website launches to big operational changes, I build the structure that helps teams do their best work.

15–20projects managed at once
500+websites in a major migration program
6multi-location subsite rollouts
4+years in website delivery

01 / Selected work

Good work happens behind the scenes.

Not just what launched, but what I owned, what I changed, and how the team got there. Tap a project to see more.

Process design / Team enablement

A better way to deliver websites

I built a reusable project template with phases, owners, deadlines and dependencies so coordinators could manage 10–15 projects without reinventing the plan each time.

Product rollouts / Training

One brand. Multiple locations.

Led six multi-location subsite rollouts, including three at once, and built an SOP, automated project template, and training to connect the teams behind each launch.

Program coordination / Resource planning

Keeping client work moving through a major migration

I helped balance active client projects with migration schedules, limited developer capacity and content-freeze windows so both workstreams could stay coordinated.

Agile operations / Prioritization

Keeping the sprint moving

I own client-side refinement and the development backlog, helping balance client requests, product priorities, capacity, and escalations every week.

AI / Practical problem solving

Small requests, smarter solutions

I created a guided Claude workflow that helps project coordinators and SEO teammates make approved HTML components without waiting in the development queue.

02 / How I work

Calm projects are designed, not lucky.

I like clarity, good communication, and a process that actually helps people. Not process for process’s sake.

01

See the whole picture.

Build the timeline around dependencies and the real finish line, not just the next task.

02

Make the handoffs obvious.

Everyone should know what’s theirs, what’s next, and who needs to weigh in.

03

Flag problems early.

When something changes, get the right people together and find a workable path forward.

04

Make next time easier.

If a process keeps causing friction, build a better template, guide, or tool.

03 / A little innovation

Less waiting. More doing.

One of my favorite things I’ve built is a practical AI-assisted HTML workflow. It wasn’t about using AI just to use it. It was about solving a real bottleneck for my team.

The process helps teammates collect the right details, preview a component, and check quality before anything goes onto a website.

A simple system / Illustrative

Concept illustration, not an actual client asset.

04 / Client work

Where the work shows up.

Some of the real websites I’ve helped bring to life and support. I keep the people, moving pieces, and behind-the-scenes details working together.

05 / A little about me

Hi, I’m Jamie.

I’m a Project Manager at Coalmarch Marketing, where I’ve spent more than four years managing digital projects from the first handoff through launch.

I started in project coordination and grew into a role where I help teams prioritize work, solve delivery challenges, and build processes that make everyone’s jobs easier. What I enjoy most is connecting people who see different pieces of the same puzzle.

I’m excited to bring that mix of organization, empathy, and technical understanding into new industries and new challenges.

06 / Say hello

Good things start with a conversation.

Have a project to talk through, a role in mind, or just want to say hi? I’d love to meet you.
